What is computer managed care?
Computer Managed Care is like a regular oil change for a car or a visit
to the dentist for regular dental checkups. Computer Managed Care is
needed because of the Internet, Windows updates, hardware and software
compatibility issues, plus training issues.
Why managed care?
Technology needs constant attention. Windows updates, virus, adware,
malware, backups, software updates, general technical, training and
strategic technical information.
What do you do for your managed care fee?
1. Backup data
2. Clean out the Prefetch and Temporary folders
3. Load Software as requested
4. Run Windows updates
5. Look at how the computer is being used and make suggestions.
6. General computer maintenance.
7. Respond to computer questions.
How often do you visit our firm onsite?
Monthly: This depends on the number of computers you want serviced. One
to three computers can be worked on in a one to two hour period (all at
the same time). We suggest this maintenance be done once a month for
each computer.
Are you available for additional work at Managed Computer
Care rates?
Yes. A managed computer care client will save approximately $50 per hour
in technical services. We will help you purchase equipment online or at
Retail Computer Stores. We can help you create or manage a web site and
make technology work for you by taking the frustration of technology
from you.
