Recorder Administrator Service (Personal Care)

Hours:  5:30am PST to 6:30pm PST (After hours upon request) - 877-873-5568 (voicemail directly to my Blackberry)

Weekly monitoring of Computer Recorders - $45 per week per recorder (based on 2000 recorded calls per month or more).   For under 2000 recorded calls per month the charge is $45 per month per recorder.

What is included:

• Same person to deal with each time- (predictability) You will not need to bring a new person up to speed each time.
• Access the recorder remotely once a week (or month depending on plan)
• Check event logs and application logs and look for anything amiss
• E-mail notification to M-CBS for errors in event log and low disk space plus other monitored items.
• Manual run of Windows updates weekly with recorder software turned off.  Full system reboot each week.
• Adjust recorder settings as recorder patterns change
• Quarterly maintenance of MSDE and Access Databases
• One time manual Ghost image of Windows XP to network drive (This requires a $69 purchase from Symantec).
• Take screen shots and create permanent records of current configurations for restoration of system.
• Fill out support request with the details if there is a technical problem.  Use of a personalized electronic form to navigate quickly through the support process (this can save up to 4 hours of processing).

All charges will be billed to a current credit card or check in advance.

Please note:  $125 per hour normal rate to work on recorders without weekly or monthly maintenance.
